A rural retreat shaped around the community vibe you've built. A practice space, treatment rooms, and 12+ en-suite bedrooms. A cozy kitchen that follows your program, and spaces readymade for connection and renewal.

Your guests already know Andalucía from the photographs: the whitewashed cortijo, olive groves, the Sierra Nevada rising behind it all. What they've never had is a property that's also a destination management company — one that lives the culture and delivers the hospitality. TerraViva obsesses over your details.
A secluded cortijo or finca. Olive groves, a pool, mountains at the door, and an international airport within ninety minutes. Inside, everything a program needs to run properly for a week, whether the group arrives on bikes or with yoga mats.
The property, as a spec sheet. These are the things that make a program run rather than merely fit.
Room for a full buyout, or for a smaller retreat to run alongside a second group without either noticing.
A studio of sixty square metres or more, separate from the guest areas, with the light and quiet a morning session needs.
At least two, for bodywork, therapy and one-to-one sessions.
Acoustically and visually apart from the restaurant and the pool. Silence is part of your product, so it is part of ours.
Ayurvedic, vegan, detox, allergen-aware, or simply enough to feed riders who have done a hundred kilometres before lunch.
The afternoons and evenings of a program happen outside. Shade, water, and a long table under the trees.
Secure storage, a workstand, a wash-down area and room for a support vehicle.
One long table or a private room, and a kitchen team used to serving a whole group at once, on a schedule set by the day's session.
Sierra Nevada climbs and Lecrín Valley roads start at the front door. Three international airports sit within ninety minutes, so guests land in the morning and are on the terrace by mid-afternoon.
Mountain light, olive groves, long quiet evenings and food that follows your program. The setting does half the work of a retreat before the first session begins.
A property that understands a full buyout, a dawn ride-out, a shala, a kitchen that can run a detox week. One you can trust to be the same time and again. Most rural hotels in Europe have never hosted a group like yours.

For 2027 we place your program at partner properties we have vetted ourselves, with a venue of our own to follow. Either way the practice space, the kitchen and the quiet get settled around your program rather than left to a landlord's goodwill, because our business depends on your program coming back.
The venue is the product. Your program is the reason it exists.
We started with cycling, learned what a week on the road asks of a property, and then studied the wellness programs at the top of the market to learn what they need that cycling never did.
The result is a venue with fixed criteria, in one region, run by three people who answer the phone.
Operator strategy and partnerships. Leads the conversations with tour operators and shapes the offer to them.
Tours and demand. Runs cycling programs in Andalucía with VIBE Tours and knows what a week on the road asks of a venue.
Property and structure. Works with our agent and counsel in Spain so the venue is ready when your dates are.
There is no booking desk in front of us. When you book a call, the three of us are on it.

VIBE brings American cycling groups to southern Spain and has been running programs at partner properties here. As our founding partner, VIBE will run two to three tours a year at the TerraViva venue.
Cycling taught us what a venue has to do. Wellness taught us it is not about the facilities but about how reliably a program can run inside them. We're now holding dates for operators in each of these.
Full-property buyouts, secure bike storage, mechanic space and roads that justify the trip.
Groups of eight to twelve, a practice space, treatment rooms and a kitchen that follows the program.
Training camps with altitude, terrain and recovery under one roof.
Writing, craft, culinary, photography. Small groups that need quiet and a host who understands them.
What an operator gets from working with us.
Thirty minutes with the three partners. Tell us about your program and your guests; we'll walk you through the venue, the dates we can hold, and whether it fits.
